All you need to make this comforting and creamy Butternut Squash Protein Soup
• 1/2 cup of Nature Zen Baking Formula – Pea Protein Powder (65gr)
• 1 butternut squash cut into pieces
• 2 Carrots cut into large chunks
• 2 potatoes cut into pieces
• 1 chopped onion
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 2 Apples cut into pieces
• 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
• 5 cups vegetable broth (1250 mL)
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• Sea salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat and add onion, garlic, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Cook until onions are translucent.
2. Add squash, carrots, potatoes, apples, and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
3. Remove from heat and add the Nature Zen’s pea protein powder with your preparation. Use an immersion blender or regular blender to blend the soup until smooth.

How to store this soup?
